PROPERTY TO RENT

 

If you're looking for property to rent Cheshire Property Lettings cover a wide area including South Cheshire and North Staffordshire from flats and bedsits through to substantial family homes.  Prices range from £300 to £2,000 a month, with tenancy periods to suit you in part-furnished and fully furnished accommodation.

 

ARRANGING A SWIFT MOVE-IN TO YOUR NEW RENTED PROPERTY

 

Cheshire Property Lettings can arrange for you to take occupation of your property within as little as 2 - 5 days, subject to references and the availability date of the property.

 

VIEWINGS

We'll be happy to arrange your visit to the property you're interested in at any time. We are open 6 DAYS A WEEK. Just give us a call to make the arrangements.

 

FURNISHED OR PART FURNISHED

 

We have both fully furnished and part- furnished properties on offer.

 

Part Furnished - carpets, curtains and, sometimes, electrical kitchen appliances

Fully Furnished - fully furnished, including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils

 

TENANCY AGREEMENTS AND LENGTH OF TERM

 

On commencement of your tenancy you will be required to sign the appropriate tenancy agreement, which will outline the landlord and tenants responsibilities.

 

Tenancies can be available for a minimum of six months or a maximum of one year.

 

TENANTS RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Whilst renting a property you will be responsible for all the utilities i.e.  gas, electricity, council tax, water, T.V licence and telephone.5 days - and we can arrange for you to move in over a weekend.

ORGANISING EVERYTHING

Cheshire Property Lettings will make everything as easy as possible by arranging for references, inventories, tenancy agreements and ensuring the transfer of utilities into the tenants name.

 

PAYMENTS

 

At present we do not accept credit or debit cards. Monthly rental payments can be made by standing order, cheque or cash.    The First Months rent and the administration fee can be paid by building society cheque, bankers draft or cash,  if paying with an ordinary cheque please make sure enough time is left for the cheque to clear.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

 

From April 6th 2007 new legislation was brought into force by the government whereby landlords are required by law to protect the tenants deposit. Your security deposit will be held by Cheshire Property Lettings in a designated clients account. This Deposit will be protected by Tenancy Deposit Solutions.

 

You will receive a certificate by post after signing your tenancy agreement and this must be kept in case of a dispute over the return of your deposit.

 

Your deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy subject to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement and inventory check.

 

ENSURING YOUR SAFETY

 

We'll make sure all safety requirements are complied with in relation to gas, electrical and furnishing regulations.

 

INSURANCE
